1.The struggles between the English monarch and Parliament for power led to separated powers which allowed the power to shift from the monarchs to parliament for a more equal share. Soon the power of monarchy would be eclipsed by representative government otherwise known as parliament.
2. The Magna Carta and the English Bill of Rights influenced our constitution by giving the founders ideas of freedom and equality. Many ideas such as "Higher law" were taken from these historical documents.

1. The struggles between both the English monarch and the Parliament led to new concepts called seperation of power and a representative government. These struggles gave more power to the Parliament and spread the power equally. Gradually, the monarch lost more and more power, and the Parliaments power grew.
2. The Magna Carta and English Bill of Rights strongly influenced the constitution by presenting the new ideas that the documents had. These ideas held many new concepts that were used and are used in governments today. These documents also brought more balanced and equal laws that were used in the Constitution.

1. The king was abusing his power since there was no limit on power. The nobility eventually demanded that there be limits on the kings power and made sure the king agreed. This lead to the separation of powers and a more representative government with a group of people who represent the commoners also known as the Parliament.
2.The Magna Carta was one of the earliest most important documents. It put limits on the kings power and the king was forced to agree.The English Bill of Rights raised the demand of freedom and less absolute rule.

1.Struggles between the english monarch and the parliament, were steadily rising sense the start of the english parliament. The the monarch was so used to absolute power they thought that they could do anything with there power. The parliament saw it differently though they thought that the king nor any one man should have absolute power. Because of the kings greediness he wanted more things for himself than the people. Because of this the power started developing into the parliaments hands. The people saw that they would not abuse it. Thus created the separation of powers and a representative monarch so that the people would have a ay in there government.
2.The magna carta and the english bill of right led to or declaration because these documents were the start of the limited government.these documents gave a foundation for a higher law that even a king or a electoral could not break. without a higher law governments would be able to do anything. butt thanks to documents such as these our governments have expanded on these documents ideas to create a full proof government.

Steps toward separation of powers and representative government began when the nobles forced the king to create the Parliament, which was similar to our system of Congress,and House of Representatives,3 branches, etc. All of the struggles between English king and Parliament did lead to many civil wars, which then led to the execution of the king in 1649. The entire time, the Parliament was pushing the king more and more to give the Parliament and the people more power and civil rights. All of these events soon led to the establishment of separation of powers and representative government.
2.When the Magna Carta and the English Bill of Rights were happening, at the same time, colonies were being established in America. The people that went to America, were very aware and for the new ideas of limited government and brought those same ideas to America.
